Check that the device is charging correctly by looking at the charging indicator light. If the device is turned on, you will also be able to check that your HYPA device is charging by clicking the battery symbol on the taskbar, in the lower right-hand corner.
If the device does not appear to be charging after the previous checks, ensure that your power adapter is properly connected. Please perform the following checks:
- Functioning, active power mains
- Correct port selected (DC input)
- Fully inserted charging cable into the port.
Following on from the above checks, if the device does still not seem to be charging, please e-mail the support team who will be able to assist further.
