Your HYPA may be completely discharged. Please charge the device for at least 30 minutes before trying to turn it on. You can check that the device is charging correctly by looking at the charging indicator light.
After charging, hold down the Power button until the Power light appears on the keyboard of the device. The HYPA boot logo should initially appear and the device will start-up.
If the Power light is already on, your device may be in Sleep Mode. Try pressing the Enter key to wake up or hold down the Power button down to place into hard shutdown- the Power light needs to turn off. Wait a few moments and then try turning the device on again.
If the device continues to have a black screen, please try booting into Windows Recovery. Repeatedly press the Delete key while turning the device on (from a completely shutdown state), then release the Power button once something appears on the screen, but keep pressing the Delete key. This should enter a state where you can reset the device or boot from a USB image. If you require an image, please let the support team know and they can provide this.
